Royal Plaza Retirement and Care Center is a part of Evergreen Living Centers. As we provide many levels of care and services, we are a group of varied professionals. These include:

• Office and health information staff to assist with your billing, financial, and records management.
  
  

• Care providers including licensed nurses, care assistants, nursing aides, social services and therapy staff.
  
  
• Physical facilities staff such as housekeepers, laundry personal, and maintenance staff.
  
  
• Dietary services staff, including cooks, dietary aides and dishwashing staff. Overseeing the meal service is a dietary manager and a licensed dietician to ensure well balanced meals.
  
  
• Activities individuals that are credentialed to provide a lifestyle that is meaningful and enjoyable.

Training and Development

At Royal Plaza we understand that ongoing education and training are crucial to each employee's success. Our education and training programs ensure that employees are the most knowledgeable and capable in the senior living industry and help to prepare them for higher levels of responsibility.

We continue to raise the professional standards of our employees to insure the highest quality of service to our residents. In-service training is conducted on a regular basis to maintain professional certifications as well as standards in our industry.
